Is this a common construction?

I somewhat puzzled by a setence I came across in a forum:

"有什么窍门可以分辨吗蜂蜜真假?"

Why is the 吗 in the middle of sentence? Is that even grammatically correct? (If so, are there any other examples of that?)

I'm too tired to spell correctly... :( Insert "was" and an n in "setence", or simply choose to ignore the mistakes.

In spoken Chinese, it's correct. Sometimes, when we talk about "蜂蜜”，we can just ask “有什么窍门可以分辨吗？” Perhaps others don't understand what you ask, so you put 蜂蜜真假 after the sentence.

For example:

 有什么车可以去吗？（去）机场？
