Leaky water? any clues?

DRIP DRIP DRIP - Tonight, and  a few times recently, I have people say to me 'liu shui', as in something like "ta liu shui". It could be very well that they're saying 'liu sui' and sorry but I'm not too sure on the tones.

It's interesting because even in the context of the conversation, it still had a very fuzzy feeling to it. Is it 流水, as he's under a lot of stress, he's sweating it? It also kinda seemed to be like some new hip terminology?

Anyone know?
