i am surprised today, because of my one month membership of Guided Subscription on this site, but i didnt success to get Guided Subscription status at here before.
i had tried to pay with my visa card, but i am failed, and i had just received "error" message.
so i have not realized that i had successed to pay, and have gotten Guided Subscription status.
i have unexpectedly looked out i am already payed for you.
i want cancel Guided Subscription status, and i want try to get basic one month status, if it is possible.
please thell me how can i do.

This is very unfortunate as there must have been some problem in the payment process. Our system showed you tried many times to pay for your Guided subscription, the final time you succeeded.
Vera sent you a 'Welcome to Guided' email on July 2nd.
If it was originally your intention to subscribe to Guided status, would you like us to assign you a teacher and give it a try? We could have a ChinesePod teacher conduct a 'Needs Analysis' with you next week - if you are happy then you could have 1 month of classes and see how you go. If you are unhappy, then we can convert your 1 month Guided subscription to Premium or Basic.
Due to our location in Shanghai, there may be a significant time difference between us, but we are happy to schedule your initial assessment at any time between 04:00 and 18:00 (Beijing time). Please advise me of your location and of times which would suit you for your Needs Analysis.
Please let me know what you decide, thank you for your understanding.

Would you give me some more day of Guided Subscription period for my unconsciousness time.
I would be OK, if you are permit more days of Guided Subscription status.
I didnt realized your July 2nds Email, may be i had deleted them unconsciously.

I am in Tokyo, one hour faster than Beijing.
Our co-workers are mostly Chinese, so i have planty of time to practice.
I want just MP3 file and transcript to hear at the subway train for commute time.

July 11, 2009, 02:40 AM@drbk2006 Of course. You will have 1 month of guided subscription starting from your first lesson - I will adjust your account to do this. :-) We would certainly not charge you when you have not had a class.
Please give me 3 time/day of the week choices for your class and I will do our best to arrange this when I get back to the office on Monday:
eg: Tuesday: 1700-1800
(we would arrange the class sometime during the hour you chose)
