Download problems

I have been unable to download any Chinese pod podcasts for the last three days.  Is anyone else having this problem?

On the bottom right of of the screen is a "contact us" link that can be used to contact technical support.

Thanks.  No error message.  I once noticed that it got as far as one percent complete.  What is the contact information for technical support?

p.s. I live in Los Angeles.
