Lessons won't download...

I am trying to download my ChinesePod with my personal RSS feed. I follow the directions and paste my personal address into the "subscribe to podcast" and I also paste it into " open audio stream". The name ChinesePod - wesleywongphoto comes up on the Itunes but nothing downloads. In the far left instead of a "dot" I see a exclamation point ? What am I doing wrong or is there something wrong with my computer / computer program.....???

Click the exclamation mark and you should get a message explaining what went wrong.

It could be a network error, meaning that for some reason iTunes can't retrieve the files from the internet.

I haven't been able to down load for a couple of years now. I keep asking; they keep saying it is downloading, but not anywhere I can find it. It's really frustrating.
