Cpod, I got a question

I love the team tab you have up.  I'm just wondering how come you don't include your Chinese names in Chinese characters (especially Chinese staff)?  I think it is strange not being able to address my Chinese teacher by his or her proper name when leaving a comment.  It's a bit trivial, but it is a small barrier that can easily be torn down.
