Looking For Chinese Tutors

I live in NYC manhattan, I am a beginner learning chinese reading and writing and oral. Please, any suggestions to finding other friends studying and personal tutors or community study groups? Thanks!

Are you still looking for a Chinese tutor. I may be able to find someone for you. I believe a descent tutor will cost about $50 per hour.
