e.g. besides (apart from) me other people are busy > chule wo yiwai qitaren dou hen mang  

do both need be in sentence structure ? if one can be omitted  is chule always at beginning of sentence?

i'm also learning  the 'if' .. 'then' structure   ruguo .. dehua + jiu      i'm not clear as to the meaning and use of yiwai and dehua
