Being that ChinesePod listens so much to user feedback, I thought I'd go ahead and ask if you all could make an elementary or lower intermediate lesson about lawyers and law school.

*Just a suggestion*  Maybe something like...

-What kind of work do you do?

--I'm a lawyer.

-Really? Where did you go to law school?

--Georgia State University in the  U.S.

-Interesting.  Why do you think the U.S. have so many lawsuits compared to China?

--Well, one reason is because we have so many lawyers, and it's really easy to sue.

-Ohhhhh.

*end of podcast*

For what it's worth, VOA (Voice of America) has a weekly segment called "法律窗口" in its broadcast schedule, see http://www.voanews.com/chinese/program_schedule.cfm . It aims to explain aspects of the US legal system to Chinese listeners, so it's at advanced or media level. For instance, one recent weekly segment was about the "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" Supreme Court case. But your idea is an interesting one. In addition to Peter the Canadian businessman, we could follow the misadventures of Wally the American lawyer.

Thanks for the link. That web page is a little too advanced for me at this point. :)
