Hello Crystal,

Regarding the amount of time studying Chinese every week.  Like I said, I spend 5-6 hours per week studying Chinese.  This is mostly to study from the text book "Masterworks Chinese Companion" by Qin-Hong Anderson.

My time using ChinesePod is considerably less. Perhaps 1-2 hours per week, including listening to the podcasts.

My goals are fairly straight forward.  I wish to be fluent and literate in Chinese.  Areas where I need improvement are vocabulary and listening comprehension.  I use ChinesePod and other podcasts for the listening part of my studies.
