Sign offs for letters or e-mails

Does anyone know any semi-formal sign offs for letters. The equivalent of 'Regards' or 'best wishes' the only one I know is 保重 bao3 zhong4 or 'take care' but I'm assuming that is something you'd only use with a friend.
