What is the difference between 对. . . 来说 and 拿 . . . 来说?

I always think of 对. . . 来说 as "speaking of . . ." or perhaps "as for . . .", and I think of 拿. . . 来说 as "take . . . for example". Am I right here? Do I have them switched around?
谢谢!

对……来说:从某人、某事的角度看;as "for sb. or for sth.";"from some point of view".也可以说“对……说来”
拿……来说:表示从某个方面提出话题;as give a topic about sth.sometimes it is an example. 拿A来说,next talk about "A",it is the topic or the subject.

拿学中文来说,在美国学中文很难,因为没有机会练习讲中文。
练习+noun :练习汉字
没有机会练中文.//没有机会说中文。
