about"周年" and "生日"

周年 means "anniversary", and 生日 just means" birthday"

so 周年 is used for a yearly celebration or observance of an event that happened in the past.

e.g.今天是我们结婚20周年。

明天是我儿子的12岁生日。

谢谢。现在明显了。

我复合的时候碰到两个不太明显的字：促进和提拔。意思差不多一样：promote。用法肯定不一样。请给我写一些sample phrases.

光于明天的课：我刚学了The customer comes first。

Remark: if I look at my dashboard I can't see the lessons you chose for me anymore. It seems they disappeared. So, I picked up that one. And the next one about chinese paintings seems interesting too.

提拔 is for the job position, for example,我的老板今天提拔我了。

促进 means " to promote/ to advance",  like 促进发展，促进合作，促进了解 等等。
