subscription

This message is about my sbscription. My previous subscription was due to expire on June 30th. As I am leaving home for a few weeks , I decided to extend it this morning ,for a six months renewal , and I was surprised to see that my new subscription will expire on december 11th and not december 30th . Could you give me an explanation , please?

Check how much you paid. You would not have paid the full cost quoted for the 6-month subscription. You would have received credit against this new subscription due to the 19 days still remaining on the old subscription.
