August 01, 2010, 10:10 AMHSK Hanzi - Level 1
I am preparing this file to help me learn characters thoroughly. I've only just started, but plan to update it regularly. It contains HSK Level 1 characters, their stroke order, definitions, and CPod vocabulary using the characters learned up to that point (all cut-and-paste from my other files). At present there are 41 characters of 198 at this level. When this is finished, I will start again with Level 2.
Anyone who is starting out learning characters, and thinks they might find this useful, please leave a comment. If no-one shows interest, I won't bother updating the link.

mate, what a champ you are..a machine. I'm very interested in this. I'd love to work away at the characters starting at HSK level 1. Jiayou !!

hey go_manly,
I've downloaded the file but it's an exe file and wants to install something on my computer. What's the deal here?
RJ
works fine here baba. I think its a picnic problem. (problem in chair, not in computer) :-)
btw I think yellow bridge, anki, and skritter all have the hsk lists built in now.

Perhaps you clicked the green "download 4 shared desktop" instead of the blue "download" button -- they are right beside each other?
bababardwan
oh, thanks daniel...yeah, I should have opened my eyes. Got it now...thanks again gm ..good work
RJ
I can understand why you have your eyes closed with all this web page jumping going on. Lets hope the flash doesn't take somebody out if it hits the epileptic frequency.
Yes GM, thanks. Any chance you could create ZDT files for these as well?
go_manly
I've haven't heard of ZDT.

The HSK Level 1 Hanzi PDF is finished. It can be downloaded using the same link (above).

Hi. Just let you know (for your tracking purposes) that I also downloaded the file. Looks useful. Does this characters exist elsewhere in a format which can be imported into Plecodict?
go_manly
I don't know what Plecodict is, so I can't help you there.
garethbridges
It's an electronic dictionary which you can use on Windows Mobile and iPhone. It's fantastic. If I get some time, I might see how I can build a list of the HSK characters to import into it.
