Site not working with Firefox?

If I discontinue my membership of this site it will be for the simple reason that I can't use the audi files except the mp3 files. The vocal and expansion don't work on my PC. When I click on the arrow nothing happens or I get the message "no data". I enabled java scripts for the site, to no avail. Don't really want to go to the trouble of desintalling Firefox and resintalling IE. Anyone with the same problem?

Hi Calicartel

This problem doesn't have anything to do with your browser. This issue was caused by mallfunction during the database transfer process and some of the audio files dissapeared. However, we can assure you we are working on it and will fixed it as soon as possible.

This the first I have heard of a "malfunction" that CPOD isn't blaming on somebody else...

Bad enough, the "database transfer process" was weeks ago. I would ask CP for a refund.

At least I'm glad this is not another case of an "IE optimised" site that is not supposed to work well with Firefox. In fact from previous posts it seems to be the opposite: Firefox now seems to have the upperhand, and I'm not sorry about that! Maybe the audio files were lost for good. It can happen during transfers although, of course, it's a bad mistake. I'd thought it might have something to do with marketing (forcing people to switch to newer lessons, ie prolong their memberships, instead of sticking to what they've downloaded already).

I'll check this evening at home (I'm now using IE at work!) whether at least the newer lessons are OK regarding the premium sections. Lessons going back no more than a couple of weeks shouldn't be affected, right?

I appreciate adii's quick response and frankness.  He did 4 things right:

1.  Responded quickly.
2.  Took responsibility.
3.  Provided an explanation to the issue (without any fluff).
4.  Said that the issue was currently being resolved.

What a breath of fresh air!  Thanks adii.

Um, how about an ETA?
