Does "酷似" in "她酷似你" (she looks exactly like you) have the negative connotation of 酷 or the positive connotation of "cool" ?

As far as I am concerned, this word has 2 meanings. You can use it as positive one or negative one.

Eg.[Positive]看看那个本垒打!他酷呆了!

[Negative]你瞧瞧他那模样,都不理人,真是酷呆了。

"酷" here in "酷似" means "very much"

Juyi is right. '酷'means 'very much' here, it does not mean cool or cruel. Although 酷sometimes composes words that has negative connotation of cold blooded, like 严酷、残酷、冷酷,the word 酷似 doesn't have a negative connotation. In the similar word  酷爱, 酷 also means 'very much' and doesn't contain any negative connotation.
