Pushing Daisies

Wondering if anybody else watches Pushing Daises on ABC and noticed the Chinese writing in the window of Emerson Cod's office, which reads "王家排骨館" (near as I can tell, anyway).  It looks like it means "Wang Family Rib Restaurant" or something like that, but I wanted to ask and see if anybody else knows better.

Hi William37, I watch that show as well. I've seen the Chinese character displayed at the background and wondered about it too. The literal translation is indeed "a rib joint owned by the wang family" but it seems to me that this show tends to play with words all the time (i.e.couer de couers - the name of the town - is pronounced "could occur", etc.) so I'm not sure if there's hidden meaning to these characters that we are not picking up on.
