There are teaching jobs in Beijing

Just FYI.

Sometime ago, maybe even last year, I remember someone asking about jobs teaching English in Beijing. At the time, I posted on the site that it is highly unlikely that there are teaching jobs available in Beijing.  This was due to the plentiful nature of English speaking foreigners, and the Chinese that want to learn English are already learning. My saving grace was that I also posted that any person interest in a English teaching job in Beijing should come to Beijing and hunt on their own, and see what kind of jobs turn up. 

Well, it turns out that i've found that indeed, there are Language institutes looking for English teachers.  TLI in Beijing is looking for English teachers.  I've casually heard that other schools are looking for English teachers. 

This is true as of July 13, 2010. Who knows what the future holds.
