I'm not sure is this is the right place to say this, so forgive me if I should be posting this in another place on the site.

But the when I listen to the podcasts on my iPod it really annoys me when I look at the pinyin all5run5in5together5without5spaces!!!  烦死了!

Techies!  Can this please be changed to put in spaces between words and put in the tone marks would be better than the tone numbers.  I notice that one of CPod's competitors does a better job of it.

Thanks!  I know you can do it.

Yes, I agree!

Tech team, please change that!

Another annoying point is that copy & paste from PDFs don't copy the text (only text "garbage"), you have to use the HTML. Your competitors do a much better job here, too!!

Sometimes I wonder if anybody from the staff or tech team really checks everything from the customer's or learner's perspective!

Yes, you produce nice podcasts, but the CP "product" in total lacks quality in many aspects (website usability/readability, PDF c&p, bad ID3 tags in MP3s, flashcards, lots of mistakes in trad. scripts, etc, etc,....)

If you want so much money from us, it also needs some quality checks and usability checks and improvements!

October 2011. This problem has still not been attended too. I know that your competitor, Popup chinese, does do the pinyin in the ID3 TAGS correctly.
