Hi Peter305,  I absolutely agree with you and am backing your request! "Popup Chinsese" is one example of excellent voice acting that makes their lessons a real joy to listen to. Chinese Pod management should use that as a positive example and do their best to emulate them.

When is 給予 pronounced gěi yǔ and when jǐ yǔ?

Thanks!

In the dialog, how does "又想說我們快回來了" translate into: "so they figured that they'd be back soon"? Thanks!

P.S. where/how is it implied in the following sentence: "這還差不多,那也要跟大姐講哦。" that it is younger sister who will/should talk to the big sister? (That's a bit more like it, then I'll have a word with sis).

In the example:

早一點出門,以免堵車,趕不上飛機。

shouldn't the logic be: "Start out earlier to avoid being late for the flight (even) in case there is traffic jam."

Unless traffic jam is unlakely to occur before certain hour, and we want to reach the airport beforehand. But that is not very clear from the example sentence (from the given translation actually).

How is this best expressed in Chinese?

Thanks!

From dialog tab:

What is the certainty of them not coming if they say: 今年可能就不打算來了 ? I would say "might not come next year".

Is 同時死了又活著的貓 the only/most common way people/scientists refer to the"Shrodinger's Cat" ? Shouldn't the measure word for it be 隻 in traditional script? Thanks! P.S. Nice feature to show/hide pinyin. Any chance you will provide other methods?
