她男朋友每天都送她上班。(Her boyfriend takes her to work every day.)
Why do we need the 都 (dōu) here?

I know this is probably something which is going to be covered in levels other than Newbie. But would someone be able to give me an idea why I need the 得 in the expansion sentence 他走得很快。(He walks very fast)?
