I do agree however that names could be used in all the dialogues instead of A, B and C.

Wow, that's a bit harsh! I actually find this site excellent and I can see all the hard work that goes into preparing the lessons. These people do a brilliant job! Perhaps you've just had a bad day or something and feeling a bit negative. Go and sleep it off!
