August 31, 2014, 10:38 AMWhat's the average height for Chinese men? I'm starting to get a little worried about this... I'm going to China in a couple of months, and I'm 164 cm. Is this a respectable height in China for men? I know it isn't respectable in the U.S. (I speak from experience).

August 17, 2014, 07:28 AMWould it be polite to say "I cannot drink because I have a past addiction?" That might damper the mood a bit, but maybe solve the problem... I suppose you could also pretend to drink by just allowing the liquid to touch your lips and then putting the glass down soon afterwards.

Thanks.
