April 08, 2008, 12:49 PM吧 could also mean dumb right? In spoken Cantonese it's used as an nding particle for imperative sentences. In Mandarin though, besides being uncertain and being a rhetoric questin particle, it also softens the mood of a sentence, 對唔對？
