January 13, 2009, 04:04 AMIf Hisen can advertise his company on the forums does that mean everyone can do it too?
I really don't think it is appropriate for Chinesepod.
CP should set a higher standard or is this site going to turn into another Alibaba?
Is anyone monitoring these boards anymore?

January 13, 2009, 04:00 AMWhy no mention of Amber leaving and changes to Qing Wen, no Dear Amber etc.
Not newsworthy enough?

January 13, 2009, 03:57 AMPoor Connie, she barely got to say ten words in ten minutes. The show suddenly lost its 'cuteness'. Is Connie leaving too? I don't see her on the boards at all on this podcast . . . guess we'll have to wait until next week to find out the surprise.

January 12, 2009, 04:10 AMDear Amber,
You were the Crown Jewel of Chinesepod in my opinion. Always shining, bright, irreplaceable and treasured among many poddies.
I am fortunate and lucky to have something that makes hearing this good-bye so hard. Certainly, life in China will not be the same without your weekly insights.
I wish you continued success in all that you do!
Cheers to you and your amazing spirit to inform, entertain and enlighten!

Wow, what a milestone...
Thanks to Ken & Jenny for lifting the fog and making Chinese so much easier to understand.
Also thanks to Amber, Connie, Clay & JP who pump fun and interest back into learning the language and culture.
Special thanks to the community who continue to enlighten...and to all the people behind the scenes that makes ChinesePod #1 for so many users!
Cheers! 欢呼!
