September 16, 2019, 07:58 PMThank you so much for the great lesson! Please keep up Intermediate lessons of this quality! And, thank you for finally listing the vocabulary in order that they appear in the dialogue so that I can underline them in dialogue and be able to highlight other words I do not know. It really helps. .Also, thank you for having a long vocabulary list. This lesson is just wonderful all around.

March 20, 2019, 03:57 PMThank you VERY much! I think you did it! This lesson is a perfect Intermediate lesson, difficulty-wise, and usefulness-wise. You even listed the Vocabulary in the order in which it appears in the Dui4 hua4 which makes it easier for me to study. Please keep this quality up! I look forward to the next lesson! Only a few very minor suggestions from an old language teacher of English, French, and Spanish: 1) How about putting more vocabulary words in lesson? When I went through dialogue, I missed a few more words. 2) How about a grammar point, even if it is simple? It is always good for those of us at this level to constantly review the grammar. Again, I can't thank you enough. You have made this student very happy. Please keep making Intermediate lessons of this quality...

March 08, 2019, 10:12 PMThank you. Please, please make many more Intermediate lessons. You have at the other levels. I like to study a lesson each week and am still Intermediate, trying to get to Upper Intermediate. I am running out of lessons I have not studied. For now, and probably for another year, I will need Intermediate lessons as I don't get many chances to practice my Mandarin (and am an old lady)..

February 15, 2019, 10:52 PMThank you, thank you. Thank you for finally adding another Intermediate lesson. Keep them coming. That being said, I totally agree with SCHG (first commentator). This lesson is way too difficult for Intermediate level. It is beyond me, so I gave up. I tried an Upper Intermediate lesson, and it was actually a bit easier than this one. It just needs to be more difficult than a Pre-intermediate lesson.
SCHG -- "Please keep working on getting the right level. For an Intermediate lesson this is far too ambitious: the so-called "dialogue" is too long and too difficult. It is a media lesson in disguise. This cannot be made up for by briefly bringing up a few easier words in the discussion."
I am trying to practice and build on my vocabulary (difficult for someone my age). If you could repeat the most common of the vocabulary from one lesson to another, that would help. Again, please keep trying. I'm sure you will get it right on in no time. We really need more intermediate lessons. I looked at a few of your pre-intermediate levels. They seemed just right--too easy for me, but on the right track.
Thank you from a long-time subscriber (over 7 years).

January 16, 2019, 04:30 PMPlease, please list the vocabulary in the order in which it appears in the dialogue. It makes it difficult to study dialogue and pick out words not in vocabulary that i don't know. Thanks for not switching camera angles. Nice lesson. For me, lots of new words. Explanations very clear, thanks.

November 21, 2018, 08:45 PMCan you please put the vocabulary on the list in the order that the words appear in the dialogue? I noticed that new lesson have that problem. I go through the dui hua, highlighting words I do not know and underlining those on the list, before making my flash cards. It is difficult to find the vocabulary words having to look through the entire dialogue to find each one. Listed in order of appearance would really help. Thanks.

November 20, 2018, 08:08 PMElijah, I totally agree with your analysis of the early lessons. Jenny and John did wonderful lessons in such a way that I really could learn the vocabulary and material. I study one lesson/week and now go back to some of those old lessons. I do like the new hosts, and I know everyone has his or her own style.
