August 13, 2008, 03:13 AM谢谢老师们给我们介绍这个抽象的概念：阴间和阳间（或人间）。我正在读龙朱漫画。悟空去世以后去阴间修炼，等他的朋友给他复活。我听到这节棵才发现阴间不像西方的地狱一样。除了明显以外，阴阳还有什么别的意思？

April 27, 2008, 09:49 PMwuning, I use ZDT, a desktop application, as a dictionary/ flash cards and nciku, which is basically the same thing but an online version of ZDT with a lot cooler functionality.

April 27, 2008, 05:12 AM我第二次去了中国，我的签证是六十天多次的那种。因为我要待在中国六个月，我需要“出国”几次。但是老外在中国说出国是不允许的。因为老外不是个中国人，就不可以说出国。回国是一样的一个想法。 虽然我不是个中国人，我还是蛮喜欢说出国，回国 。跟中国的文化和语言玩一下。 ；）

If the Chinesepod fixes, or "Audio Reviews" as they're now called, were videos that displayed a slideshow of the incoming words, like flash cards in a way. Honestly, I rarely read the PDFs, and having the characters displayed to me via ipod would be awesome. Also, I hate to say it, but sometimes I don't understand what you're saying in the fixes Amber: eg. "laconic" in 妈妈在哪里 or “a red mole" in 张爱玲经典名句. For the longest time I thought you were saying "iconic", and "I read 'em all." So this would provide a good visual cue as well.
