For example on the way to the school, you 随便 look around the library etc. Hence, 随便 often refer to the state of convenient, get something done with pretty less effort because you are "on the way" doing something and by doing some extra activity it won;t cost you much. Regarding sexual habits, I have no idea

June 12, 2012, 12:16 AMYou should start with simplified characters because it is easier to start with and plus you can switch to traditional character once you have master simplified character. There are some rules in switching between them. Not very complex.
