祸兮福之所倚,福兮祸之所伏。(huo xi fu zhi suo yi, fu xi huo zhi suo fu.)
意思是祸与福互相依存,可以互相转化。比喻坏事可以引出好的结果,好事也可以引出坏的结果。

corny = 粗俗的,过时的,感伤的 adj.
cheesy = 粗陋的,夸张的,过于多愁善感的 adj.
这是词典里的正式的说法。
一般来说,我感觉:
“corny/cheesy”可以说是“肉麻”“做作”“俗”之类的。
顺便说一下,因为“肉麻”“做作”“俗”是贬义词,所以,除非对方是你的非常亲密的可以开玩笑的朋友,不然不要用这些词。
