the word 最 have means absolute sure,very sure.

Like the sentential form the highest

We often use 更 (much better) and it means much better.

哪个会议时间比较适合你？

哪个会议时间最方便？ ( very spoken. usually we say 哪个会议时间更方便？）

Because if the hotel is old（老） it's often old（旧）.
