note: the 考虑 kǎolǜe (should be kǎolǜ) mistake is still in the Vocab for this lesson (came across this in the RSS random lessons funtion and thought I would mention it.)

is there a typo in the vocab?

"zénme huì"  with a second tone for the zen

and

"zěnme kěnéng" with a third tone for the zen

 

I don't think I've seen "zénme" before but I wouldn't be offended if Chinese breaks the rules now and then.

Did amber call JP “屁老师”?  I'm pretty sure I heard a fourth tone in there :)

hey difhdih, I at first was thinking, "Yeah, that would be good. A Qing Wen on 的, 得 and 地." Then I thought "How in the world would they be able to clearly talk about these three in an audio podcast when they all sound the same! Duh!" Then I thought, "Duh, they're ChinesePod, they can do anything!" I know that they all have a very similar "fealing" but with different parts of speech around them. I also recall a discussion in one of my books that mentioned that in traditional characters several of the uses are written the same, but I can't seem to find the source of that memory. I would love to hear an episode on the de's but it would defiantly need a lot of text and detailed grammatical explanation. -石头鬼物
