找到了 shows successfully found, 找了only looked for。 这个 because it was this specific word. And 词 instead of 字 to mean it was the word '只有' I was looking for, not really the characters.
chatgpt cannot help with pronunciation. But it is absolute genius at everything else.

Doesn't the sentence mean 'How do you go to school?'

Why is it correct to start this sentence with Who is...?
