nar = Northern China (Beijing dialect)
nali = Southern China (+ Taiwan)
At ChinesePod you will more often hear Beijing dialect.

August 31, 2009, 03:20 PM"你搞錯了!我不是!" is in the text,
but not spoken in the dialogue,
should removed from text script.
No quality checks??

August 31, 2009, 02:43 PMIf it's automated, it should (and could) be correct.
We are learners, and we should learn the correct characters, not seldom used variants.
I think the problem is that ChinesePod is in Shanghai, where traditional characters (and variants) are nearly never used.

The traditional script has a tiny mistake (ChinesePod, why?):
the normal traditional form of 干净
is 乾凈,
not 乾淨.
淨 is a very seldom used traditional variant of 凈.

August 27, 2009, 07:17 PMThere are some mistakes in the traditional script:
1. The trad. form of 游乐园 is not 游樂園, but 遊樂園.
2. In the HTML trad. script 过山车 is simplified, must be 過山車.

August 31, 2009, 07:38 PMHenning, you may be right.
Wenlin - my standard source - prefers 凈.
Taiwan dictionaries prefer 淨.
So there are several traditional forms in this case, like in 裡/裏, 什/甚.
