June 11, 2018, 03:02 PMHi there, I really get a lot from the Qing Wen lessons. However, I think the Qing Wen page could be more user friendly. I mean, when I look at the Qing Wen Page for Intermediate I see lots of lessons but it's not easy to really see what the content of each lesson is about. Some are OK, but to me the best format to help us learners see the content at a glance would be something like: (I'll take the first lesson as an example:
At the moment all I can see is: "Thinking" in Chinese: 觉...
But what we really need to see is:
"Thinking" in Chinese: 觉得 (juéde), 认为 (rènwéi) and 以为 (yǐwéi)
The next lesson we see is: Two 'Iffy' Words
When actually we need to see: 如果 (rúguǒ) and 的话 (dehuà)
The last example is: Don't Underestimate the... (This gives me no information at all about what the lesson is about)
We actually we need to see: Don't Underestimate the Power of 呢 (ne)
It seems a shame to have put so much work into the lessons themselves to then not have the best format to actually show us students what is in the lessons. I'm sure most students are like me in that they look for lessons which they need help with not just go through every Qing Wen lesson one by one.
Anyway, thanks for considering my suggestion.
