I was in Beijing 2 years ago during the summer.. First time in that City, I vividly remember driving in a cab by a large highrise construction zone. It was like 90+ degrees outside, workers were in Speedos, and Flipflops.. I was cracking up..
Definately no OSHA equivalents in Beijing.
