@shenyajin

Yeah, you will like it here. Greenhills and Divisoria are where the good shopping deals are.

And of course, 马尼拉有很多的帅哥! 例如我和chillosk!

Oh, we've got "isaw" or grilled pork/chicken intestines on a stick, banana que, and the infamous balut!

As for restaurant fare, i suggest sinigang (pork, fish or shrimp in a sour-spicy soup), caldereta (beef or goat stew), and dinuguan (pork blood stew). I don't think you need to steal the menus here. If you ask nicely, they'll give it to you. :D

Oh btw, i don't live in the City of Manila itself. I live in Quezon City 奎松市 (Kuísōng shì) which is 30 mins northeast of Manila. But QC is part of Metropolitan Manila, so sometimes i just introduce myself as coming from Manila.

Woohoo here's the Manila lesson finally!

The background music reminds me of late 80s-early 90s lounge bands! Hahaha! Nowadays, it's certainly much louder with all the pop music cover bands. :)) Though it's possible that they did play that kind of music before.

If you visit the SM Mall of Asia, which is just along Manila Bay, you can still catch a spectacular view of the sunset if you go out to the boardwalk nearby. ;)

Thanks for the transliteration of jeepney! I could find it anywhere.

Great job guys and gals!

Oh I see. Yeah, 2-3 kuai is how much i paid for the good ones. They were pretty addicting, like yakitori. I'll ask again about the spots the next time I swing by Shanghai! Thanks Matt!

Actually, I'm here in the Philippines, but I've been over there a number of times. I've had eaten 羊肉串 from various stalls – some good, some mediocre. I just want to know what one should look out for in terms of the appearance and preparation. Also, how much is a reasonably priced 羊肉串?

Great video!

Any tips on how to spot good 羊肉串 other than good ol' trial and error?

What i really like to do is dancing to the "News and Features" jingle! I do the "Running Man" with it.

"It's news! It's feeee-cherrrz! News! And feeeee-cherrrz!"

Yeah, that's my morning.
