你这样做不够呀。不如你搬家住在农村自己种有机菜，自己养鸡，什么的。

不然的话你一生一世都会一直一直吃很多毒。

我建议你：

1. 排毒。买好的东西。我自己都是在淘宝一家卖排毒天然的食物买东西。

大便床，可以这样说吗？

还有，比如说，人大便或尿在她们裤子里面平时怎么表示出来？意思就是说一个人穿裤子的时候如果大便或尿的话有没有特别说法表示这个事情？我感激我没有这个问题但是就想知道。谢谢。

说实话，可能你们可以分两个“请问” 一个你们说很多英语，第二个你们只说普通话，不然的话这样的课文不会对有些人的学习有很大的帮助。

i download the lesson dialogue after listening to it. put them into seperate group folders with labels. for example. Elementary 1, 2, 3...

Intermediate 1,2,3,4, etc. therefore you don't have to listen to 300 lessons to make it through the group list one time but can conveniently chooses to listen to what groups of lessons at what times and in making different groups u can quickly go through all the lessons in each group.

has worked well for me. in other words, as you study each lesson download it at the same time, name it, and have it organized in a folder.

then make playlists or whatnot if u use an ipod to keep them in order and easily ready to listen to. Dialogues only for most effectiveness.

I'm sure there is a hundred tips we could share for those who have been studying chinese for many years now.

have this radio thing loaded on my computer. absouletly fantastic.

i am exceedingly happy and find great joy in being able to listen to different radio stations all across China from Hainan to JiangXi to Yunnan to Beijing, etc. etc.

there is something really cool about listening to radio stations all over China and switching from province to province. really good for boosting up listening skill, listening to learned vocab, etc. oh yeah. it's good.
