Our first destination was a city called York in the north of England. York is a walled city it has many museums.

 

Next we went to Scotland (苏格兰). Scotland has many mountains and is very pretty. We sat in our caravan and watched some birds eating.

 

Then we went to the lake District, this place has many hills and rivers. It too is very beautiful.  We found a bookshop selling old books, I found two books written in Chinese. One called Autumn by Ba Jin and one called thunder storm by Cao Yu(曹禺). I saw he has the Same surname as my teacher. I don't know if he is famous or not.

 

Then my father in law rang and told us my mother in law was not well. We went to see her in hospital. she is now much better.

 

Finally we returned home very tired. The holiday was good but not restful.

Okay here we go.  This is nearly 24 hours after my lesson and out of my head without looking at my notes.

先我们去过了英国北方的都市叫york.  York有成长也有很多博物馆。

下个我们去过了苏格兰。 苏格兰有很多山，是很漂亮。 我们在活动房里坐看小鸟吃食。

然后我们去过了lake district，这个地方有很多山，很多和也很漂亮。 我们找到一个卖旧书的点，我找到两本中文书。一本是巴金的球 另外的是曹禺的雷雨。我发现她的姓跟我老师的姓一样。我不知道他有名字。

那我岳父给我们打电话告诉岳母感冒了。 我们马上去过了医院见到她。 现在她的身体多好。

最后我们回家很累。假期很好但是没有休息

最后我们疲惫地（pi2bei4de）回到了家。假期很好，但是没有休息。
