First I want to make clear, I'm not trying to stir anything up.

If you read what kind of person they're looking for for the native English speaker host, it sounds like they're looking for another John basically (won't be so easy to find, though there might be one out there somewhere). Perhaps not to replace him, perhaps to take on part of his current hosting role. He is doing so much now after all, from Ele to Upper Inter lessons and Qing Wen as well.

Anyway I for one am glad matthiask pointed this out.
