Windows 7 Word

I use Microsoft Office XP  word 2003 and I am used to converting the Chinese character to Pinyin by highlighting them , then selecting “Format”. Asian Layout> Phonetic guide .

Now I sometime have to use  Windows 7 Word,and I have worked out how to install the Inputting system but I cant figure out how to convert the Characters to Pinyin like I did before. Can anybody help me?Thanks.
