计价机 ji4jia4ji1 (taxi meter)

This is a high frequency expression if you are living in or visiting China, but I have always found it difficult to remember how to refer to a taxi meter.  The dictionaries have their favourites. 

I am going for this as a safe option, certainly where I live out west: 计价机 jìjiàjī (taxi meter)

那个计价机坏了。 (the meter is broken.)
