What is the meaning of

I know literally what the characters mean but I'm not getting what the phrase means. I'm pretty annoyed with my self for this as I feel it should be really easy.....

October 24, 2010, 08:47 PMIts the same as 说说. (You've seen 看看 before?) Its kind of 'to say something (a bit)'. For example 快说(一)说 - 'out with it!'
