question one and two are definately going to have to be asked in english I'm afraid.
1)is nèi and nà (那）completly interchangeable or are there circumstances where one or other should be used.
2)Can i use 年纪 for the age of anything or just people?
3)What is the difference between 推荐 and 建议？
4）Can you help me understand the use of 把 in this sentence from 美猴王?
觉得很好吃， 接着就一把一把地嘴里放。
5）A weather question, how do you say frost?

"frog in the throat" 中文是“声音沙哑sheng1yin1 sha1ya3”.

5）霜 shuang1 = frost
Frost also comes down ie. 今天早上下霜了
1）Nei4 and zhei4 are generally used before measure words eg nei4ben3shu1
2) 年纪 is only used for age pertaining to people.
3) got a bit lost with this one but the question in chinese should have been
推荐和建议有什么区别
the answer is that 推荐 is recommend as in recommend someone for a job or recommending a resturan
建议 is suggesting as it can you suggest something that I might like to eat from the menu
4)把 as well as being preposition marker is also a measure word for "a handful“
in this sentence then we would translate to something like he thought they looked very tasty so he just put one handful after another into his mouth.
