downloading old lessons to iTunes

Hi all (especially chinesepod ren),

I was wondering how I can download existing lessons to iTunes via my subscription (easily).

I've just subscribed to intermediate, so I will start to get new lessons sent to me.  But I'd like to download some of the older ones as well, but "update podcast" in iTunes doesn't show them.

Hi yahbai, you can bookmark previously published lessons from our lesson archive by selecting the "All Lessons" tab under the "Lessons" section at http://chinesepod.com/lessons/all. Any newly bookmarked lessons will be added to your dashboard/manage lessons lessons list. Your RSS feed lessons list corresponds to your dashboard/manage lessons lessons list.
