Put the baby on the bed.   把宝宝放置床上。Bǎ bǎobǎo fàngzhì chuáng shàng.


I mowed the lawn.    我把草坪刍了。 Wǒ bǎ cǎopíng chú le.

Only two words are not proper, but you really get the right sentence structure.

Put the baby on the bed.   把宝宝放在床上。Bǎ bǎobǎo fàngzhì chuáng shàng.


I mowed the lawn.    我把草坪割了。 Wǒ bǎ cǎopíng ge1 le.
