That's the chinese way to promote the VoIP solutions of China Telecom and China Unicom. But why the end of the holiday season ?

December 31, 2010, 12:47 AMAt this point, I'd say this is round 1. This reminds me of the entire flap around the "Green Dam-Youth Escort" software. I guess we can only hope that this decision around VoIP evolves the same way.
