At this point, I'd say this is round 1. This reminds me of the entire flap around the "Green Dam-Youth Escort" software. I guess we can only hope that this decision around VoIP evolves the same way.

That's the chinese way to promote the VoIP solutions of China Telecom and China Unicom. But why the end of the holiday season ?
