Exporting flashcards

I'm brand new to CPod.  I spent a couple of years in Taiwan and later finished my bachelors in Mandarin and Asian Studies.  That was all about 20 years ago and have little opportunity to use the language.  CPod seems to be just what I have been looking for.  I have been trying to figure out how to export flashcards for use on my Palm T5.  I have Pleco on the Palm and would like to use that for the flashcards.  If this can be done I would appreciate some pointers.
