今天下午，我应该有汉语课，但是我的辅导人生病了，不能上课。祝她早点好起来！其实今晚我也有其他的汉语课，所以现在今天只有三个小时学习汉语了，而不是五个小时。。。哈哈，所以怎么办呢？所以上网到中文播客！

这几天我没有把日记写完。。。 我确实很懒哦！其实，我忙着计划我的旅行。我昨天买了一个新手提电脑和一个手机,因为我以前拥有的太旧了。我也在订酒店。听说有些中国的酒店不可以给外国人办住宿登记，但是哪儿没有信息。因为我要延期签证，所以我需要办登记.官僚作风让我有点担心。。。不过，来中国还是兴奋极了！

I am interested that you put the "le" after kai and before che. I can see you want to say "drove" the car . I kind of think of 开车 as one word , so I would have put the le at the end. 开车了。Would that be wrong?

I would have done this as 我开了两个小时车去 ~.
I think it's OK to think of 开车 as one word. Either way you can separate the 开 from the 车 because it's a Verb-Object compound.
There's a QingWen about words that are V-O compounds (also called "separable verbs"):

But anyway, "where to stick the 了" is always always the question!

今天我开了车两个小时去看我的一个好朋友。我们很熟，但是很久没见过，因为她去年去过欧洲旅游了。我们今天吃午饭，聊天了。
明天，还要上班很早。那时候，我应该告诉经理我要辞职。我一点也不伤心。。。我不太看重这份工作，我是三个月前才开始的，只是我半工半读而已。工作还可以，不过去中国更好玩！

都这么晚了，我才来写日记。。。今天我有点忙！上午，我去了城市，受到了我的签证。回家的时候，我上网买了飞机票,订了一个房间！然后，今晚，上过中文课。所以现在很晚，好累哦。。。明天可能会多写点。

大家好！
今天是我第一次写日记。谢谢 trevorb 给我们出了这个好主意！
只要我不忘记，我就会天天写一下。虽然我的汉语还不行，但是我也可能会帮其他人的忙。
好，这是个日记，所以我应该讲一下最近的情况。。。昨天，我申请了去中国的签证。
要是没问题，我就下个月初来中国学汉语。太兴奋了，我好期待呀！

Yeah I knew that but when I wrote it I suddenly thought it looked wrong. That's probably 'cos I wrote it when my son was whinging about his broken computer and having a right royal stamp about :-) It looks pretty wrong now though....

I have not come across this use of Chang before你在中国多长时间
I only ever use this construction. 你在中国呆多久。

谢谢！我要呆至少三个月，说不定要呆到年末！到了中国，我也希望我会继续写日记。
(Questions with a question word like 多长 don't need 吗，remember, only yes or no questions :) )

February 23, 2011 at 03:19 AM刚看到，我最后一次写日记是六天前。。。没意识到我这么就不写！就算我懒得不能每天写，至少可能会每个星期写一下。还有六天我去中国，这几天要准备一下。昨天我买了一个背包，还要去打疫苗。预订也酒店有点麻烦。可是没事， 一切都值得！
