This is a test post as others have reported that they are encountering technical problems when they try and start a new post in general discussion.

For me, this has been an intermittent problem. I have seen it as well as others, but I can't replicate it consistently. I primarily use IE, but also use Firefox.  Both I tend to update fairly frequently. I notice i'm not on the latest versions of adobe flash player, but it wouldn't surprise me that at the time I experienced the problem, I wasn't on the latest version of IE (using Windows Update on XP sp3).

I primarily use Chrome on Windows 7 & I am one of those trusting souls who use automatic updates for everything.
